I am here to help you figure out the cycle of conflict that is eating away at your relationship. I provide therapy to couples that could use support in creating a new way to communicate, which includes both verbal and non-verbal cues. Just wait, you will see how the communication cycle that exists between you both makes sense but is very unhelpful. Let’s fight the cycle, not eachother, and create a new, healthy way to communicate and tell our truths. Let’s work together so you can have the relationship you have always wanted.

I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) which assists in processing any trauma that may be standing in the way of living the life you have always dreamt of. Does the trauma feel like a heavy burden that keeps you stuck? Let’s get rid of that, so you feel lighter, brighter, and happier. Of course, this is at your pace, when you decide it is right for you. You are always in the “driver’s seat”.
